No live agent to speak with.
Alipay should have a live agent to take call for a costumer . I do have a concerned with my recent order and i need their support. I did not get any confirmation about the order and any updates after i paid the order, i just got notified from my bank that i was got charged of this company.

Someone stole my credit card and spent $13,000++ on Alipay and Taobao, and I have been trying to contact the company to stop the payment. I even gave them a police report and the bank statement, but there was no help from them.
These companies are not worth buying from.
It is a waste of time trying to talk to them. They will never try to help you; all they want is money.

Bought what I thought was an original Citizen watch, it turned out to be a fake and most of what is on it doesnt work. Not even an exact knock off.
Cost nearly $70 with shipping. Dont use Alipay its crap.

Trying to unfreeze my account my email is the same, but Im using a different SIM card that I used in October when I was there in China Im leaving in a couple of days for China. I need to unfreeze my account.

Professional approach but the concern issue still not resolved after 24-38hrs waiting try to send an email to follow up and still no results.
Can't connect
I would like to set up an alipay account but it won't let me. When I called for help it only gave me a chinese phone number in beijing and I'm in Canada and don't speak Chinese.
